BBQ Select by Uruma Dome and provided at a reasonable price!
Use natural local barbecue sauce, natural salt from Hamahiga Island, Japanese beef and Yanbaru-agu pork from Okinawa and seasonal select vegetables. For those customers who want to enjoy luxury barbecue, we also prepare Grade A5 WAGYU to meet your inquiry. Insist on “Cut and Fresh”, we don’t use frozen meat and always provide fresh meat.
Simple! Easy! Bring nothing and enjoy the outdoor barbecue!
We will provide you with the ingredients, drinks, necessary equipment and tools, so please come and enjoy with bringing nothing.The staff will help you to prepare and clean up so that you can simply enjoy the BBQ. Each set menu for reservation is acceptable at least two people. The customers who have already made a reservation for the set menu can bring in foods without extra chrage.

We also have various BBQ options for the local residents and the non-residents of the hotel. We will charge the site rental fee if you bring in foods and drinks but the hotel staff will help to prepare and clean up. There is also a day use option with the room provided where you can use it to take a shower, take a rest or take a nap.

In front of us is the beautiful sea, the Uruma Dome is surrounded by the natural environment and we just start the barbecue service.

Although using thawed imported meat is the usual way for barbecue in Okinawa, we went back to the basic of “What kind of BBQ would I like to enjoy if I am the customer visiting here?” and we planned then found one answer.”

It may sounds normal, but the simple answer is “I want to eat something delicious from the local area.” Based on the concept of “land use” (local production, local consumption), we have selected meat, vegetables, sauces, salt and prepare several package options for customers. Even for needs from the customers “who wants to eat the top class meat”, there are Miyazaki beef, Kagoshima-black beef, and Kumamoto Kazuo of Grade A5 WAGYU for selection.

Our staffs will help to prepare and clean up so the customers can simply enjoy the barbecue. Although the price cannot be said cheap, the customers can enjoy the meat similar to the specialty store level.

Freshly cut Wagyu, Okinawan pork, and the local non-agricultural vegetables, we hope the customers will enjoy these delicate flavor. In addition, we will also provide “Barbecue plan” and “Bring in plan” for the local residents who is non-residents of the hotel.

6 Wagyu choices you can eat in Uruma Dome

Okinawan Wagyu
Yamashiro-cattle
It is the brand cattle feeding by Yamashiro stock farm in Uruma city. It is characterized by its tender meat quality and wiout gamy. The order of the feeding way is unique, and it could make beautiful marbling.
Ayahashi-cattle
The “Ayahashi” cattle, with the same name as the city of Uruma, is the delivered cow have been re-farmed producted. Since its experience of giving the birth, it has a deep flavor that attracts attention and is nurtured by individual production management.
Motobu-cattle
The Motobu-cattle is from the Motobu town, Kunigami village, Okinawa and has been awarded the Best Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award. They were feeding on raw fermented feed and meat is characterized by its fleshy texture and rich fiber content.
Grade A5 Japanese Wagyu
Miyazaki-cattle
It refers to only two species that are ranked as “Japanese Black Cattle from Miyazaki” and ” The Meat Quality in Grade Fourth and fifth”. In Japan’s National Cow Capacity Fair, which is held every five years, Miyazaki-cattle was awarded the Minister of State of the Cabinet for three consecutive years.
Kagoshima-cattle
Kagoshima-cattle(kuroushi)is from Kagoshima, where has the highest production of breeding cows in Japan and the breed has been improved several times. In recent years, overseas purchases have been increasing and it’s exported under the name “KAGOSHIMA WAGYU”.
Waou
Kumamoto’s black cattles “Waou” are bred with strict selection of feedstuffs and agded more than 28 months. From the meat quality from the grade 1 to 12, “Waou” is the grade higher than grade 6. It is characterized by the rich taste.

Besides the type of meat, the barbecue is also with seasonal vegetables and noodles. Find the plan what you like and go to the reservation website to make a reservation. Please make the reservation at least two people and if there are more than two people, it is also recommended to select a variety of menu options to make a variety of barbecue fun.

We have the unlimited drinking options or you can also purchase the drinks at the site by electronic payment. If you make an order and pay in advance on the website, the price will be cheaper!
